The terms that apply when you buy from the RecellCycle shop.

Seller

The seller's legal name, registry code and address are listed in the footer of every page and in the order summary before you pay.

Prices

Prices include VAT for your delivery country. Company buyers with a valid EU VAT number in another member state are invoiced under the reverse-charge rule. Deliveries to Türkiye are exports without EU VAT; the buyer pays import duties and taxes.

2-year legal guarantee

Every battery comes with the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a battery is faulty or not as described within two years of delivery, email us with your order number and we'll repair it, replace it or refund you, as the law provides.

Datasheets and certificates are provided for information. Specifications may change; the version on your invoice applies.
