Who we are

What we collect
When you send a quote, pilot or investor form: your name, email, company, role, country, application, volume, timeline, message and whether you want product news. When you sign up for product news: your email. We do not ask for more than the form shows, and you do not need an account.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use a quote request to answer it and prepare an offer, which is a step before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We use pilot and investor enquiries to reply and follow up, in our legitimate interest in running the business (Art. 6(1)(f)). We send product news only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. We keep the site secure and filter spam in our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who processes it for us
Netlify, Inc. (USA) hosts this site and receives the forms you send; it screens them for spam with Akismet (Automattic, USA). Netlify then emails each submission to our inbox, which Zone Media OÜ (zone.ee, Estonia, EU) hosts. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in Netlify's data processing agreement. Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia, EU) provides our analytics. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies. Plausible counts visits without cookies and stores no personal data or IP addresses. Your browser keeps your cart, country, language and light or dark theme in its own storage so the site remembers them; this never leaves your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract; then we keep what accounting law requires, which in Estonia is 7 years. We keep your newsletter email until you unsubscribe.
Marketing emails
We only send product news if you ask for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct or delete it, restrict its use, or give it to you in a portable format. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@recellcycle.ee; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
