Delivery countries

We ship to all 27 EU countries and to Türkiye. Orders to Türkiye are exported: we charge no EU VAT, and import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer. Some areas outside the EU VAT territory (for example the Canary Islands and Åland) need a quote. Online checkout opens country by country as we register as a battery producer in each member state; until then, request a quote and we'll arrange delivery.

Dangerous goods

Lithium batteries are Class 9 dangerous goods (UN3480, or UN3481 when packed in equipment). We use DG-certified carriers. Parcel lockers are not available for batteries.

Heavy orders

Orders over 30 kg travel by road freight on a pallet. The carrier contacts you to book a delivery slot.
